Our District Satisfaction Survey Results were Outstanding this year.
Bruce Schollie and Elan Buan of Schollie Research provided a presentation on Lakeland Catholic School District’s 2016-2017 District Satisfaction Survey Results at the June 20, 2017 Board Meeting.
For Goal 1: Catholic Christian Identity, the results indicate that the District is maintaining and/or improving in this area. Goal 2: Lakeland Catholic’s Students are Successful results indicate 90-95% in satisfaction from parents on academic achievement and competencies on almost all measures. The results show that parents and teachers are very satisfied with the literacy, numeracy and technology programs in the District. The results also indicate that parents and teachers are satisfied that their children (grade 7-12) are being prepared for employment and lifelong learning. The highest results were in career guidance and information available and schools helping to prepare students for a chosen career (grade 10-12). For Goal 3: The Achievement Gap Between FNMI (First Nations, Métis and Inuit) students and all other students is eliminated. The results indicate that parents and teachers are highly satisfied with the support to indigenous learners in our district. Goal 4: Lakeland Catholic’s system is inclusive results indicate that parents, students and teachers are very satisfied with inclusive education services in our schools. Goal 5: Excellent Teachers, Schools and Leaders results indicates that teachers, parents and students are very satisfied with the collaboration and continuous improvement in the District.
